POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Thank you for your interest in our hair & makeup services, please carefully review the policies below as they are nonnegotiable. These procedures were created to assure that your appointment goes smoothly.

When coming to my location for service you may bring 1 guest. The address is 2004 Grand Blvd

Please fill out our inquiry form or send an email. Contracts and invoices will not be sent via Text or DM. 

EMAIL HOURS 

We are available via email Monday - Friday 10AM - 4PM. Responses may take 3 - 4 business days. We appreciate your patience. 

FIRST COME FIRST SERVE 

If you're wanting to book with a certain artists you must book ahead to secure them as your artist.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT (CONTRACTED SERVICES)


To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 30% deposit of your final balance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Invoices will be sent to your provided email. Final payment is due 7 days before your due date. 

CONTRACTS


Signed PDF contracts are required for all wedding bookings. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOT SECURED WITHOUT SUBMITTING. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH ARTIST/STYLST FOR YOUR WEDDING IF THE CONTRACT IS NOT SUBMITTED. Contracts are due ASAP upon receipt, we can not guarantee your day will be held if you submit a late contract. We abide by a first come, first serve basis. 

TRIALS & STUDIO APPOINTMENTS 


Trials & studio appointments are conducted Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm. All trials are to be conducted at our studio. Trials are recommend 3 - 4 months before your wedding. All trials and in studio appointments are due in full when booking to confirm your appointment. Email us to schedule. 

If you choose to schedule a trial before booking your wedding date, we can't guarantee we will remain available for your wedding date. If you are interested, please move forward ASAP. 

TRAVEL FEE & OTHER FEES


We do not travel parties less than 3, please be mindful when booking that if you do not meet the minimum for travel your service will be done at our location. You MUST ask me about travel prior to booking or there is a possibility we cannot come to you. Round trip travel from Lovely Beauty Studio to the clients locations will be charged $1.00 per mile after 12 miles for each stylist. 

Appointments earlier than 6 am will be charged a $20 before hours fee. This fee is non refundable. 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you must cancel any appointment, your payment or deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be put to another booking for the future. The refund is only available if we are unable to complete the appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, you will be required to pay any future appointments in full upon booking, which will not be refunded if you cancel. Completed services like trials will not be refunded in any case, even if we are not available for your future date, in order to avoid this you must book your future date prior to your trial. Bridal bookings may cancel BEFORE 4 month's before their wedding or will be responsible for paying the rest of their balance.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

When booking your appointment please be mindful of the time you are booking for. If you are 15 or more minutes late, an additional $20 late fee will be added. ANY late appointments passed your scheduled time may be cancelled at our discretion, if you do not let us know you are running late we will mark you as a No Call No Show. NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS. Please give yourself time to arrive to your appointment in case of traffic. We will enforce late fees in all occasions.

NO CALL NO SHOW

If for any reason you do not give notice that you are not coming or will be late to your appointment, your deposit is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE! In addition you will no longer be able to book again.

PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

Please be prepared for your appointment upon arrival. Come with your face clean of ANY makeup as well with clean DRY Hair. Wear a low cut or strapless shirt underneath your clothes. PLEASE NOTE:- If you have any sores , open wounds or skin conditions please inform us immediately before your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with any skin conditions, sores or open wounds That could possibly contaminate The artist products, tools and/or professional kit, The Artist may refuse service .
